Screech.... BANG!

We started our trip off with a bang... literally. After about four hours on the road this morning, just after we merged on to Hwy 50 in West Virginia, we had a little car accident. Everyone is fine, the car is still running and it wasn't my fault, so we've been able to move on and continue our trip. Here's what happened: a guy, who was probably no older than 18, was lost and decided it would be a good idea to make an illegal U-turn through the emergency access median. All of a sudden, he came to a complete stop in the middle of a major highway. I slammed on my brakes and was able to stop in time but the woman behind me was not so fortunate and plowed into my bumper. Luckily there isn't much damage, although I will need a new bumper and possibly a little work to my undercarriage .

Like I said we're both fine and have continued our trip to the Cincinnati area. We're planning to spend a few days here anyways, so we'll have the car looked at to make sure its safe to drive another 3000 miles.
