LA at its Finest (or most absurd)

Mike and I are driving next to this Lamborghini on Wilshire, right near our apt. You may not see from the pic, but his license plate says "1 SIX 1". There are two theories as to what this means: he paid $161k for his ride or he's worth $161 million. Either way, his car is hot, but probably not worth the money he paid for it.
